She's Alive!

I'm still here, really I am! We had a very busy summer (lots of trips) and once school started my life attained a mind-boggling state of chaos. Did I mention I have two kids in high school?? And then I got my Ravelry invitation and it was all over. (I'm fleecyknits there too.)

I spent yesterday at Stitches East in Baltimore. Here's what I scored:

Yes, it looks like a lot of blue, but in reality it's a lot of blue and purple.

I did have a good time shopping (though it seemed like fewer vendors than last year) I had an even better time hanging out with my friends. It's so nice to be around people don't think my addiction to sock yarn is anything to be concerned about.

It's actually lots of separate projects. It's all sock yarn except for the Brooks Farm Duet which is for a Clapotis. Yes, I'm jumping on the bandwagon. :-)

I think the addiction to sock yarn would only be concerning if you never knit socks....like some people you know, who like to buy the sock yarn anyway (ahem, ;-)
